What is the location?

We are 1 hour drive from Los Cabos airport on the East Cape.
Located next to Punta Perfecta and 10 minutes drive to Nine Palms surf spot...you are close enough to everything, but just far enough away from the noise.

Is there a beach?

Yes, we have a very private beach 200 meters in front of the house.

What amenities are available?

Our property includes a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and easy beach access.
